NEW YORK (WPVI) -- The first victim to leave the hospital after the crash that critically injured comedian Tracy Morgan spoke to WABC in New York on Tuesday.

In the exclusive interview, Harris Stanton says the wreck on the New Jersey Turnpike happened in an instant.

There was no back window so they couldn't see the tractor trailer barreling toward them.

One minute, the group of friends was cracking jokes.

The next, Stanton says, everyone was thrown around the mangled limo bus.

He remained conscious the entire time.
