New parking lot coming to Old City

OLD CITY (WPVI) -- A new parking lot is coming to Philadelphia's Old City section.

The Philadelphia Parking Authority will hold a groundbreaking ceremony Friday morning.

The parking lot will be located under the Benjamin Franklin Bridge at 2nd and Florist streets.

The lot will have 210 parking spaces reserved for monthly parking patrons.
