Philadelphia Parking Authority offers free parking on Saturdays for holiday season

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- The Philadelphia Parking Authority is spreading a little holiday cheer.

Beginning Saturday, metered and kiosk parking will be free.

That deal will last each Saturday from 11 a.m. until midnight.

The hope is that this will encourage you to take advantage of the free parking, and take in the many sights and sounds the city has to offer.
