TULLYETOWN, Pa. (WPVI) -- The FBI has cleared Tullytown police of wrongdoing in a taser incident involving a 14-year-old shoplifting suspect.

Police said Chris Palmer tried to escape after his arrest at a Walmart in November.

Officers used the taser to stop him from running into traffic.

Police say the shock made him fall and he landed on his face.

Palmer's mother accused the department of brutality.

Bucks County prosecutors had also cleared the department back in December.
