Dr. Brill serves as the Director of The Janet Knowles Breast Cancer Program and as Director of the Section of Breast Surgery at MD Anderson Cancer Center at Cooper
Dr. Brill's practice is dedicated to the treatment of malignant and benign breast disease. She is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons, the Society of Surgical Oncology, the American Society of Clinical Oncology and the American College of Surgical Oncology Group. She completed her general surgery training at New York Methodist Hospital, and her fellowship in breast surgery at Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center in New York.
She has published breast cancer research in medical journals such as Annals of Plastic Surgery and Cancer, and she has presented research at the American Society of Clinical Oncology.
Dr. Brill has a special interest in cancer survivorship, patient-physician communication, and quality of care for women with breast cancer. She has a strong commitment to education and is a frequent lecturer at both professional and community education events.
She strongly believes that all women should be empowered to make their own health care decisions by having a full understanding of the various treatment options for breast cancer and is active in educating women about breast cancer prevention, detection and treatment and cancer genetics.
Andrew Newman, MD

Dr. Andrew Newman serves as an attending Surgeon with the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Cooper University Health Care and a part of the Janet Knowles Breast Cancer Center at MD Anderson Cancer Center at Cooper.
Dr. Newman received his medical degree from the University of Virginia School of Medicine in Charlottesville, VA completed his general surgery training at the University of Pennsylvania Health System in Philadelphia PA and his fellowship in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Pennsylvania Health System in Philadelphia PA.
He has been published in the Annals of Surgical Oncology and The Journal of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery. Dr. Newman has given numerous professional and patients education talks and presentations on various topics in plastic and reconstructive surgery.
Dr. Newman has a special interest in Breast reconstruction (DIEP flaps, implant reconstruction), breast augmentation, mastopexy, abdominoplasty, head and neck reconstruction, MOHS reconstruction, cosmetic surgery of the face (facelift, blepharoplasty, rhinoplasty) as well as non-surgical therapies (Botox, fillers, peels).
