WILMINGTON, Del. (WPVI) -- State of Delaware offices are closed in all three counties on Thursday.
Non-essential employees are not to report to work for during regular business hours of 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Governor John Carney announced. Essential employees are to report as scheduled.
Officials say mon-essential employees whose shift includes hours after 4:30 p.m. should check for updates throughout the day.
The Delaware County Courthouse and Government Center are also closed.
