Action News' Wendy Saltzman is cancer-free

PHILADELPHIA -- We have some exciting news to share. Wendy Saltzman is cancer-free! Wendy has returned from medical leave, during which she underwent a bilateral mastectomy to remove breast cancer.

Wendy has some other great news to announce - she is engaged! Her fiance proposed to her over the weekend.

Wendy's latest Facebook post comes after her announcement in February, when she told viewers about her cancer diagnosis. Since then, Wendy has been overwhelmed with the love and support from her family, friends, co-workers, and viewers. Below is her original post:
