Grab your pillows and blankets, today is 'World Sleep Day.' It's organized by the World Association of Sleep Medicine.
The goal is to highlight the benefits of proper sleep and draw attention to the health issues caused by not getting enough shut-eye. More than 100 million people around the world are not getting enough sleep. And in the U.S, 22 million Americans have sleep apnea, that's one in every 15 people.
