Crash ignites fire at Delaware business

MILLVILLE, Del. (AP) - February 3, 2008 Police say the Chevrolet Lumina was traveling west on Atlantic Avenue early today when it veered off the road and struck a mailbox and a utility pole. The car then crashed into the Millville Peddler building, which caught fire.

Millville firefighters found a man dead in the car. Police it's not clear if he was wearing a seatbelt or if alcohol was involved.

The body was burned beyond recognition and turned over to the Medical Examiner's Office for identification purposes.
