The 27-year-old victim is a sailor from the European country Estonia.
He had just bought two laptops from the electronics store when two men in a Range Rover drove up to him.
He was confused and accepted an offer for a ride.
The suspects had anything but good intentions, driving him around for 5 to 7 minutes before threatening his life.
Police found the Range Rover at 2nd and Watkins street and arrested the driver.
The second suspect is still on the loose.
The victim was not hurt.
