None of the intended targets were struck.
Police tell Action News while the suspects were shooting in the alley, children from a nearby birthday ran toward the scene because they thought firecrackers were being set off. None of the children were injured.
The two suspects fled and one weapon was recovered during the investigation.
Police believe Jenkins is armed and dangerous.
