Man convicted in Camden boy's slaying
CAMDEN, N.J. (AP) - April 9, 2008
Jessie Sepulveda was also found guilty Wednesday of felony
murder, robbery, making terroristic threats and weapons offenses.
He faces life in prison without the possibility of parole when
he's sentenced June 6.
Prosecutors said Sepulveda fired 10 shots at Pedro Molina while
another man, David Gomez, stole the boy's radio.
Molina tried to escape into the enclosed porch of his home, but
he was hit by some bullets as he fled and after be got inside and
closed the front door.
Gomez previously pleaded guilty to aggravated manslaughter and
got a seven-year sentence.
