Forty-four-year-old Keith Dublisky was hit by that NAPA auto parts truck.
Dublisky was working as a flagman for a crew doing work along Beaver Valley Road.
The pickup driver did stop at the scene.
Dublisky was airlifted to the Hospital at the University of Pennsylvania. He was listed in critical condition.
