Billboards take up student's murder case

The family of a slain Rowan University student is putting up billboards to advertise the $100,000 reward for tips in the killing.

At least 10 ads will be posted in the south Jersey-Philadelphia area urging help solving Donald Farrell's killing just off campus in October.

Police say a group of men asked Farrell for directions. When he turned and pointed, one of the men punched him in the face, knocking him down. Another man kicked him while he was in the ground.

The sophomore from Morris County died the next day.

Police say they've conducted 200 interviews and dozens of polygraph tests so far.
