Back on April 8th a police officer spotted two men suspiciously carrying a bat and parked in a fire lane. The officer found more than 170 cans of spray paint in their car.
That search led police to search Noel's home. There, investigators found sketch books, photographs, aerosol spray paint, finished and unfinished paintings, 35-millimeter negatives among other evidence that linked Noel to more than 130 crimes.
More than 30 of them are felonies.
Police are looking for more of his alleged handy work.
