Anheuser has not formally responded to InBev since it first made an offer on June 11.
InBev repeated in the letter that it would not shut any U.S. breweries and would expand sales of Budweiser beer globally.

The Belgium-based maker of Stella Artois sent another letter to
the largest American brewer Wednesday to assure the company's board
that it had secured financing for a $65 per-share offer.
