German police have seized an motorized chair built by a couple of 17-year-olds in a western town.
The teens put the chair on a metal frame, then added a lawnmower engine and bicycle brakes.
Witnesses had reported seeing the hot rod chair on several streets.
But the teenagers insist they had only tested by going a few yards.
German authorities say they've investigating several possible charges against the teen chair builders, including driving without a license and registration violations.
