Dispatcher helps deliver baby on phone

STRAWBERRY MANSION - September 28, 2008 Dispatcher 805, Marketta Allen, immediately got Medic 7 on their way to the 1700 Block of North 26th Street in the Strawberry Mansion section.

The baby didn't want to wait for the medic.

The mother's sister was on the phone with Allen.

The dispatcher coached the aunt on how to deliver the baby.

The aunt with the assistance of 911 delivered a baby.
