Police charge injured driver with DUI

LOGAN TWP., N.J. - December 7, 2008 New Jersey State Police say that at 4:44 a.m. Sunday morning, Justin Felmey was driving southbound on I-295 with his brother John in the passenger seat.

He lost control just south of exit 11 and hit the guardrail.

The car then traveled in the northbound lanes and came to a rest in the left northbound lane.

A Chevy truck traveling northbound then hit the rear of Felmey's vehicle.

The truck rolled over a few times before coming to a rest.

Everyone inside of the truck had only minor injuries.

Justin Felmey was transported to the hospital in serious condition, but was also charged with DUI.

His brother was transported to the hospital in stable condition.

I-295 was closed for about an hour while rescue crews worked at the scene.
