Don Ho's restaurant in downtown Honolulu is planning a $30-per-person inaugural breakfast, starting at 6:30 a.m. local time.
In Washington, Hawaii-themed parties started Sunday and will continue through tonight.
The Aloha Inaugural Ball featured hula dancers.
There's also an Inaugural Luau planned in Washington.
