LOGAN - February 12, 2009
The accident happened around 12:45 a.m. at the Rodriegez Grocery Store, located at the intersection of 10th and Olney Avenue in the Logan section of Philadelphia.
The driver fled the scene.
L&I was called to the scene to investigate the stability of the structure.
Police are questioning some witnesses.
