Missing Delaware teen found safe
WILMINGTON, Del. - February 12, 2009
Investigators say Shugniqua Nance, who resides in the 600 block of Channel Court in the Bay Pointe community, failed to get on the school van yesterday afternoon at 2:00 p.m. and was last seen in the City of Wilmington walking in the area of Spruce Street and East 5th Street at 3:00 p.m.
