Antoinette Basso is suing Santa.
Basson claims a man dressed in a Santa suit fell on top of her outside a restaurant.
Court documents say she was knocked face-first onto the sidewalk.
Basso claims she suffered pain, disability and disfigurement.
She's asking for damages in excess of $50,000.
Basso alleges that Santa -- AKA -- Daniel Aulwes looked like he was drunk at the time of the Dec. 7 incident.
