The measure would restrict the ways companies market cigarettes.... requiring them to disclose the ingredients in their products.
It would also give the FDA the power to order tobacco companies to take harmful ingredients out of cigarettes.
Philip Morris, one of the biggest tobacco makers, supports the bill, but other companies oppose it.
