But it's not spinach.
Authorities in New Mexico report finding more than a-half ton of pot packed in cans and labeled as spinach.
An inspector noticed only some of the cans were marked and there was mismatch between the labeled weight and the actual weight.
State authorities have turned the truck driver and the 1,200 pounds of marijuana over to the Drug Enforcement Administration.
