Family dog picks the real estate agent.

The mega-mansion Aaron Spelling had built in 1991 and Tori Spelling lived in is up for sale.

Sit down for this: her mom, Candy Spelling, is asking 150-million bucks.

Candy Spelling says she's not sure how many rooms are in "The Manor," as the family calls it.

But, there are a bowling alley, wine cellar, wine tasting room, gift-wrapping room, a humidity-controlled silver storage room, China room, library, gym and media room, and a lot more.

It's hard to know if she's kidding about the way she selected the realtor.

She says she watched how her dog Madison, a soft-coated Wheaten Terrier, would react to each one.

If Madison didn't like them, Spelling crossed them off the list.
