Vandals target Vietnam Veterans Memorial

PENNS LANDING - May 10, 2009 The caretaker for the memorial, located at Front and Spruce Streets, discovered that someone had taped cardboard signs onto the front of the memorial.

Police have not disclosed the content of the signs.
