Police believe two male assailants fled the scene on foot wearing all-black clothing.

Police ID man shot to death in New Castle area
NEW CASTLE, Del. (AP) - June 15, 2009
Police say 28-year-old Elwood Evans of New Castle was found dead
in the 100 block of Parma Avenue after shots were fired. Evans had
several gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.
