He usually attracts a crowd when his radio-controlled tanks start to roll.
But Shultz's models aren't toys.
The largest of his four R-C armored vehicles is about the size of a VW bug.
The aerospace engineer recently displayed his rolling stock at a Washington state park.
Shultz's tanks are not-so-miniaturized versions of World War II German and Soviet armor.
He admits to The Herald newspaper that his hobby is -- quote -- "downright certifiable."
