Investigators with the Delaware State Police say Jones touched the girl while she was staying in his home.
The alleged incidents happened between May and June 2009, and not while Jones was on duty.
Jones was released on $2,500 unsecured bond.
He is charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child and three counts of Unlawful Sexual Contact.
Jones was also ordered to have no contact with the victim.
