Deputies in Frederick County, Md., charge James T. Hart tried to pay for fuel for his motorcycle with pot.
A gas station clerk called the cops.
Deputies report a search of Hart and his bike also turned up suspected cocaine and Oxycodone.
Hart now faces a number of charges, including drug possession.
