Teen: Brother innocent in mobile home case

BRUNSWICK, Ga. - September 5, 2009 Tyler Heinze spoke with reporters Saturday after the funeral for his father, Guy Heinze Sr., and six relatives slain last weekend. His older brother, 22-year-old Guy Heinze Jr., was charged with eight counts of murder Friday night.

Tyler Heinze said he believes drugs may have motivated the slayings, but he wouldn't elaborate. He said his brother, who remains jailed in Glynn County, loved their father and has a conscience that wouldn't permit him to commit murder.
