In honor of Dietz and Watson's 70th anniversary, the deli meat company is treating Philadephians to a free lunch.
Here's the deal. From 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, October, 1, 2009, Dietz and Watson will be giving away wraps, including Buffalo Chicken with Roasted Garlic Cheddar, London Broil Roast Beef with Horseradish Cheddar and Gourmet Lite Turkey Breast with Muenster. There will also be free Tasktykakes.
The giveaway will take place at Dilworth Plaza at the Northwest corner of City Hall, 15th Street and JFK Boulevard, in Philadelphia.

And just in case you don't get enough to eat there, you can stop by your nearest Mrs. Field's cookie shop to celebrate the start of National Cookie Month. Mrs. Fields shops are giving away free chocolate chip cookies from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. on October 1, 2009.
