Middletown Township Police, Penndel Middletown emergency squad, and Levittown fire company station #13 were dispatched to the scene. Upon arrival it was determined that 27-year-old Nicholas Dougherty died of his injuries.
Preliminary investigation indicates Dougherty was repairing a Jeep Grand Cherokee when it fell from a jack.
Bucks County Deputy Coroner Tonya Mincer responded to the scene and took over the investigation..
