University employees launched fireworks into the sky Monday night in an attempt to chase an estimated three thousand crows out of downtown State College and parts of campus.
Officials are trying to chase the crows to a grove of trees near the school's visitors center. The crows are making a mess of downtown sidewalks and buildings and making a lot of noise.
Officials expect the bombardment to continue the rest of the week.
