Police in Sandusky, Ohio, charge Ralph Barr slugged a grocery store manager in a dispute over the price of crab cakes.
According to authorities, the crab cakes were rung-up at the wrong price.
The store then offered to sell the first pound at a discount, but the rest at the regular price.
The store manager says he was punched five or six times and even head-butted.
Barr claimed the manager hit him with a handheld price scanner.
Barr's now charged with assault and criminal damaging.
