The accident happened around 2:30pm in the northbound lanes of the highway, just before the I-76 interchange.
Both directions had been closed after the crash, but one lane is now getting by on the northbound side and the southbound side is now completely open.
There is no word on any injuries or what caused the accident.
Some 1,158 customers lost power because of this crash, but it has since been restored.
