Police identify body found in Warminster pond

WARMINSTER, Pa. - March 5, 2010

During the course of the search, a body unrelated to the prior incident was discovered in a pond.

The deceased person was later identified as 24-year-old Pascual Flores-Flores, resident of a nearby apartment complex in the 100 block of Street Road.

Flores' body was identified by relatives in the early morning hours of March 6.

Investigators examining the deceased determined he was not dressed for the recent weather indicating he may have been there for a significant period of time.

A thorough search of police records found a missing person's report listing Flores as disappearing on or about the December 3, 2009. This information led investigators to the family.

An autopsy performed Saturday by Dr. Ian Hood resulted in a finding and cause of death as drowning and hypothermia.

Flores was last seen by relatives and friends on December 3.

With these findings from the medical examiner the police have concluded the investigation into this incident and are labeling Flores' death a tragic accident.
