That's according to authorities in central Florida.
The Polk County Sheriff's Office charges that Alen Nguyen stole $70 worth of scratch-off lottery tickets from a Circle K store.
Deputies say one of those tickets was a 50-buck winner.
The next day, Nguyen is charged with going back to that same store to claim the money.
A clerk asked for his driver's license and wrote down the information.
The employee then called authorities and Nguyen was busted.
