Prosecutors say 24-year-old Kevin Ramos was charged with criminal homicide and burglary in the strangulation of 19-year-old Jenny Flores-Hernandez. She was found dead by relatives Friday in an old coal receiving room in the basement of her Allentown home.
Ramos was arraigned by District Justice Donna Butler and sent to Lehigh County Prison without bail. A listed number for him could not be found Saturday and it was unclear whether he had an attorney.
