Kevin Kreider will also discuss concerns over a lack of adult supervision and financial security at a hearing Wednesday on the state's child labor laws.
Kreider's prepared remarks were released before the start of the hearing.
The state House Republican Policy Committee is holding a hearing Wednesday in the Philadelphia suburb of Horsham to discuss Pennsylvania's child labor laws and how they apply to film and television productions.
Before it was canceled last year, the TLC show "Jon & Kate Plus 8" documented the lives of Gosselin, her husband and their eight children at their Pennsylvania home. State labor officials investigated the production for possible violations of child labor laws but released no findings.
Kreider and his wife have been critical of the Gosselins, saying they are exploiting the children for financial gain.
Other witnesses include attorney Gloria Allred and former child actor Paul Petersen of "The Donna Reed Show."
