The Pennsylvania Association of Staff Nurses and Allied Professionals will meet with Temple University Hospital officials on Saturday to try to end the nearly monthlong work stoppage.
About 1,500 nurses and health care professionals have been on strike since March 31 in a dispute over wages, benefits and work rules.
The two sides have met only sporadically with a state mediator since employees walked out.
Temple has hired about 850 temporary employees to replace striking workers, whose contract expired Sept. 30.
