Flames poured out of the structure on the 1000 block of Macdade Boulevard. The fire started just before 3:00 a.m. and went to three alarms.
Firefighters say they heard some explosions coming from inside the garage portion of the building.
It took crews roughly three hours to place the fire under control.
The fire marshal said that the fire appears to be electrical in nature and was totally accidental.
No one was injured.
