The shooting took place outside a home on North 10th Street in Middle Township.
The victim in the shooting is said to have been a 50-year-old corrections officer.
Due to the ongoing homicide investigation officials are unable to provide any details at this time about what may have sparked the incident.
Marr was last seen driving a maroon and black 1996 Ford F-150, bearing New Jersey Registration ZBE17G.
Police say Marr should be considered armed and dangerous.
