An arrest warrant has been issued for Tyrone Walker, 24, of Claymont, Delaware.
The shooting happened back on Sunday, August 8th, 2010 at around 6:00 p.m. at 24th and Tatnall streets in Wilmington.
When officers arrived, they found a 24-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the leg and a 12-year-old girl with a graze wound to her head.
Both victims were treated for their injuries and released.
