Wilmington police say an arrest warrant has been issued for Michael Fields, who has been charged with first-degree murder, assault, reckless endangering and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
Police say they know where Fields lives but have been unable to locate him.
Authorities say Ronald Kelson was shot to death on March 5. He was found in the 1200 block of Chestnut Street with a gunshot wound to the lower left back and was pronounced dead upon arrival at Christiana Hospital.
