First responders arrived to find several people trapped in the wreckage, and at least four medical helicopters were called in to transport victims.
Officials say the accident occurred just before 7:30pm in front on the Milmay Tavern on Tuckahoe Road in Milmay, New Jersey.
One person was flown to Cooper Hospital, while others waited for additional air transport.
