Police say around 2:00 p.m. Monday, the victim was swimming in a pool on the 700 block of South 17th Street.
An unknown male approached the girl and indecently assaulted her.
An adult confronted the offender and he left the pool.
The suspect is described as an Asian male, approximately 30-years old with a slim build. He has black and gray hair and is missing teeth.
Anyone with information is asked to contact police.
