Person of interest questioned in Phila. rapes

Detectives say they are questioning a person of interest in connection with a series of rapes in the Kensington section of Philadelphia.

Police have not filed any charges yet and continue to talk to this person of interest.

The attacks happened along Kensington Avenue and, police say, all three rapes were committed at knifepoint early in the morning.

Investigators released a description of the suspect's vehicle during a news conference on Tuesday, a white Volkswagen Jetta.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male in his mid-30s, 5'8" tall with a heavy build, clean-shaven and dark hair.

He also has tattoos on both forearms.
