We'll soon find if New Yorkers are hungry for Steak 'n Shake.
The Indianapolis-based diner chain is opening its first New York location this week, in the Times Square area.
New Yorkers will be able to buy a double burger with fries for $3.99.
The prices will be the same as all other Steak 'n Shakes across the country.
The New York version won't have table service and the menu will be missing some items.
But New York City Steak 'n Shake customers will have the option of ordering a beer or wine with their burgers.
